Helpful Hints

Please consider the following when dropping your vehicle off for service.

1. Avoid rush hours, Schedule your drop-off and pickup as recommended by your Service Advisor.

2. It is not necessary to wait, if at all possible make yourself available by phone and one of our friendly Team Members will be happy to call you back as soon as your vehicle is ready.

3. McCotter Ford Mercury is dedicated to your 100% satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure total satisfaction with your vehicles maintenance and or repairs, If for some reason you are dissatisfied with any part of your visit, please allow one of our helpful and courteous Service Advisors an opportunity to fix whatever it is you are dissatisfied with, so we can keep you 100% Satisfied.

4. Ask your Service Advisor for a complete explanation of your maintenance and/or repairs, because our cashier is usually not as well informed about your vehicle or your repair order, and may not be able to help you as well as your Service Advisor.
